An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. 

By attending Artwalk at the Brewery, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and agree not to hold the Brewery Artwalk Association, Carlson Industries, LLC, The Brewery, and all of their affiliates, related individuals and entities, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers liable for any illness or injury 

Health Acknowledgement

Persons who are under isolation or quarantine orders must not enter the Brewery. By entering the Brewery and attending Artwalk, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including: 

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
• In contact with or have been in contact with, someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 10-day quarantine
• Under any self-quarantine orders 

Persons who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter the Brewery.
