Cats Rule All was created by Ange Cox in Los Angeles, CA 2013. They have been consistently making T- Shirts, prints, and paintings of cats throughout the years. Ange is inspired by art history, spirituality, and politics. Of course, cats, in the popular Internet meme-driven imagination have come to mean anything from simple joy to mindless entertainment. In most cases, cats, cat videos, cat memes, and other cat-centric media are meant to diffuse and entertain. In a time when the social and political climate is ever more polarized, they just want to take the fever-pitched discussion and put a cat on it.
