Why Wooden you studio
After a long career in the world of Technology, where I believed that the seemingly logical world of computers was actually filled with creativity, I started experimenting with Lichtenburg fractal burning in 2017.
My medium is a combination of wood, epoxy, light, and electricity. I produce wall art which speaks to the natural characteristics of wood, the energy of electricity, and vibrant color, both from LED backlighting and epoxy.
My main aim is to blend nature and manufactured elements in an engaged and emotional combination that speaks to the viewer.
After growing up in Liverpool, England, I have called Malibu, California my home and base for the last 25 years.
