Marshall Vanderhoof
Marshall Vanderhoof is an award winning fine art photographer based in Los Angeles, CA. His hope is to evoke emotion and provide inspiration through his photography. His great grandmother gave him his first camera so he could take pictures while at summer camp, and from that point on Marshall has always had a passion for photography.
As he got older, instead of following his creative ideas and passions Marshall spent 8 years in the U.S. Army, got a B.S. Degree in Accountancy from National University in San Diego, CA, and a couple of years later finished an MBA at the University of San Diego, in San Diego, CA.
Since something was missing Marshall went back to his roots and started taking photographs in any free time he could find, and started taking photography classes. In 2013 he graduated with honors with a Certificate of Photography from San Diego City College. In early 2017, Marshall relocated to the Brewery Artist Lofts in downtown Los Angeles to further his photographic career.
Whatever the future holds for Marshall, he expects that photography will be a part of the journey.
